I actually don't understand why this got poor reviews. I really enjoyed this movie. It was my kind of movie, with a double cross and a hidden agenda. Maybe people weren't into the parkour and some say the editing wasn't up to par, which I can understand.
But overall, I really like it and people should give it a second chance. It is an action movie, and those aren't always deep or meaningful. But it is fun to watch... To me anyway.
