Super bizarre. I think the dialogue style could obviously become quite grating, but I chose not to let it bother me after I turned on subtitles (because I couldn't figure out what the hell anyone was talking about).
owes to twin peaks as much as any other classic noir thing, imho. I liked the minimalist rooms. I would hate to get punched as much as JGL. kinda hard to follow, but I still kinda understood what happened at the end.
unique-ass film.
