Review of Breakfast on Pluto (2005) by Zoe S — 31 Jan 2008

Its very rare I dont watch a film all the way through, but I turned this off after about an hour. Why? Well Cillian Murphy's performance is perfection a real acting masterclass and is really the only thing that kept me watching, the plot is slow and doesnt have enough to keep you gripped.

As wel as this its adaptation from the book is way to literal with the chapter headings and makes the film seem jumpy and lack flow. Murphys performance is pretty much its only redeeming feature.
