Review of Breakfast on Pluto (2005) by Keith C — 23 May 2008

This movie was not the easiest to watch. Especially as a Catholic... there are strong themes, maybe attacks, against the Church. But I am really glad I did keep watching, as some of the messages were so great and powerful -- about loving people for who they are and following truth over vanity and society.

.. and the message about abortion was so unexpected and beautiful. If you would not normally watch a movie about a transvestite, but do think you can take a film as art (not just entertainment) I definitely recommend this.
