Review of Brave (2012) by Lee D — 02 Nov 2013

I must say I was looking forward to seeing brave and I cant say its a bad film but definitely not pixar's best and rather a disappointment in terms of story and character development. I feel that the idea was solid and had its fair share of depth which we would expect from pixar but it simply did not have that depth to the awesome level which weve seen in the past.

with a running time under an hour and a half Brave just quite literally fell short of my expectations. its watchable and cute and gorgeous to watch...but not exactly as memorable as one would hope. id say its a solid rental but not really something id recommend paying full price for.
