Review of Boyz n the Hood (1991) by Steve S — 27 Jun 2012
This movie is so good, so completely underrated and rarely talked about in todays cinematic community. I don't see why? It in my opinion has my favourite father figure in all of cinema history in the guise of Laurence Fishburne and the plot treats the ghetto in a very serious light.
It has a message about the violence on the streets and how there is so little being done to stop it.
