This has got to be one of the most cheesy movies from the 00s. You have the ultimate teen nerd and the ultimate teen leading man thrown together with the roles reversed. A blue haired Jason Biggs is not necessarily something I asked to see, but it was a pleasant surprise none the less.
It's a pretty typical boy meets girl scenario with some odd quirks thrown in.
