Review of Boyhood (2014) by Lahvanya K — 03 Mar 2015
An earnest performance by all, a spontaneity too seamless one cannot help but suspect a heavy hand from the director but with an eye to the gentlest of details. The mundane is made magnificent. The film speaks. The film feels alive. And for the longest time in this decade, this is a film that feels human.
P.S. Runtime is monstrous.
