Review of Bounce (2000) by Gordon S — 25 Mar 2008

Well I usually don't make much of a fuss about a film that I can't make it through but I find I need to make some comments... BTW I made it to minute 47.

First 13 minutes is Afflick ... blah blah blah in the limo... then him and two strangers blah blah blah in the terminal. Then he hooks up with this woman that clearly had no interest in him (showed none anyway). Gives guy ticket and guy gets on plane. Okay, Gwenyth (minute 13-16ish) made some very intense tear jerking scenes that totally grabbed my atetntion and I thought the movie was saved... Then back to ben and his boss and this airline exec at an award ceremony and blah blah blah... a bunch of Afflick feeling sorry for himself and an airline getting an awrd for taking advantage of a crash !!!! OMG, it gets worse, boo whoo Ben out of the loop for a new building... I am now sooo annoyed and we are not even 30 minutes in yet. Then this gay guy who works for Ben has a bathroom scene that makes no sense and in the end Afflick say "You're fired" about 10 seconds after I said the same thing. THEN bens character becomes a stalker... Gweneth thinks he is a stalker cause he knew she had a rotty (their bark is quite discernable) and then she LIES about what happened to her husband and calls the dog a concellation prize for her kids father and her getting divorced... OMG will it ever end???? Then he rents the building from her and she invites him out for a ball game and all the while he is NOT telling her who is really is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's it... obviously they will hook up, then she will find out the truth and blah blah blah blah blah... I just cvan't watch anymore... really stupid flick !!!!
