Set in the 70s, when the french stuck there nose up at anyone who produced wine,and a guy played by alan rickman travelling to california,toseek out a wine company so he can put forward there wine in a competition back in france, here we see the company struggles in those days, and how this competition couldnot only change there fortunes,but put california wineb making on the map, a interesting look at a true event,with california looking great, andnice performances from all concerned.
