Steven Seagal career has never stopped, although the majority of his films are now produced in Europe with direct to DVD releases (at least here in the US) and although not every film is watchable in between we find a few gems.
This film is pretty damn good, it's a good cop teams up with a mobster for a common interest. The script, action, cinematography and acting is all top notch. Especially the mobster who was great! I recommend this to both Seagal fans and non-fans.
Quality action crime film.
