(2010) Born To Raise Hell.
ACTION.
Straight-to-rental low budget action film starring Steven Seagal who also co-produced and co-wrote the film playing an American leading an drug smuggling group in some foreign country. And while doing an investigation, his partner gets killed by a ruthless Romanian thug to which he rapes and then kills some of his victims. And once the Russian gangster finds out about the kind of person he was dealing with from Seagal, he decides he doesn't want to be a part of it anymore for he also has a family too. So after the Russian ganster finds out about what this thug does in his spare time the Romanian thug then attempts to victimize the Russian gangsters family as well. While Seagal vows vengeance for the death of his partner kiled by the Romanian thug and eventually exchanges information with the Russian gangster just because his family was attacked with only his wife ended up to being killed with his son almost being next in line.
Production values are quite low as with the acting but for a low budget movie theirs a considerable amount of action entertainment which includes shootings and fighting.
2.5 out of 4.
