When will I learn? Ulli Lommel made the superb German horror film THE TENDERNESS OF THE WOLVES way back in the early 70's, and the decent BOOGEYMAN and DEVONSVILLE TERROR in the early 80's. He hasn't made anything since that wasn't absolutely AWFUL! And yet I keep watching his movies! What the hell is wrong with me?
The only thing that kept BORDERLINE CULT from getting a half-star rating was the presence of the extremely attractive Elissa Dowling in the cast.
