Great cast of unlikable characters in a kind of "mosaic" type movie. I can't really say I had sympathy for anybody here but was I supposed to? I don't know. 3 stars just for the cast acting.
I mean you've got Stellen Skarsgard, Danny Huston, Heather Graham, Gillian Anderson, and even Christopher Lee (!) and Joanna Lumley from the old school even show up in it. And then there's Amanda Seyfried and her wonderful legs.
....but I digress. The story's about a priceless painting that Christopher Lee's character owns that the two owners of art galleries (Skarsgard and Huston) want more than anything. Backstabbings, double crosses, adultery, suicide, you name it it's here.
You don't want to know anybody in this film because they'll just use you up and spit you out when they're done!
