Review of Boogie Nights (1997) by Sleez B — 01 Nov 2011

I'm keeping my thoughts short for this. If you base your opinion solely on what occurs in the first hour of the movie you would probably call it a bit of slice of life where a boy gets found, becomes relatively famous, the end.

But it's the second half that makes things all the more interesting because we see the fall of said star and the company he does away with and also the company he keeps. It's actually a pretty good film what makes it interesting is how dark it tries to get near the end.
