Boo is pretty much a typical Madea/Tyler Perry movie. Unlike previous efforts fans will be glad to know that the whole movie pretty much focuses around Madea and friends without two separate storylines in all of Tyler Perry's movies.
Beyond that the movie is exactly what you would expect. Mediocre writing, average acting, and some scenes that go on way too long. It has a good message and it's an easy watch but don't expect anything groundbreaking here.
