Review of Bonnie and Clyde (1967) by Dankwa B — 05 Apr 2013
I watched this film In honor of ROGER EBERT (who died a few days ago) that I got out of his 'The Great Movies' [1] book. I of course heard of the film, but had no real interest in watching it until I read Roger's essay in his book. Below is what I found on IMDb.
"Roger Ebert had only been a film critic for six months when he saw this film and hailed it as the first masterpiece he had seen on the job.".
I'm not ready to call it a masterpiece, but it sure is excellent. A GREAT gangster pic.
