Review of Bone Tomahawk (2015) by Robert D — 10 Dec 2015
I can't believe that this indie Western-horror hybrid starring Kurt Russell is better than that OTHER Western starring Kurt Russell and directed by Tarantino that is getting all the press. "Bone Tomahawk" has near-poetic dialogue, a wonderful cast (Russell, Patrick Wilson, Matthew Fox, Richard Jenkins) and striking cinematography.
Heck, it's even got Sean Young. "Bone Tomahawk" might not reinvent the Western, but it takes it to new heights. Loved it.
