Review of Bolt (2008) by Smilesong — 14 May 2018
Bolt was a staple movie of my childhood. Looking at it today when I am much older, it’s still easy to find a good laugh in this movie. The animation holds strong, the characters are cute, and the movie expertly balances heart, humor, and adventure.
There’s nothing new or extraordinary to find in this movie, but the action is great and the story itself is fun. Watch this movie if you want an hour of good entertainment, but don’t expect to find something amazing in it.
