To a generation that missed out on the talent of Freddie this was a door opener....my teens went and bought the Queen cds! Not even spotify downloads....sometimes it feels like the critics forget what going to the movies is all about.
...an escape...a journey...recapturing memories or experiencing again how you felt in a certain time in a certain place.....i cried abd when the lights came up I saw several of my generation wiping their eyes too.
....and I knew they were remembering that moment of youth when we were awed by Live Aid and the performance of Queen. Left feeling my movie $$$ was well spent.
