This are plenty of moments of glamorous grandeur that you would hope to see from a film about the great Freddie Mercury. Those moments have the tendency to sweep you up and overwhelm you making you momentarily forget that the overall film lacks the depth or script to be great.
Overall a low to solid 7 a B.
