Review of Bohemian Rhapsody (2018) by Lubna N — 16 Nov 2018
Although Rami Malik's performance is adequate I learnt although he can move he doesn't have rhythm as can be seen from the overcut CGI dancing scenes.
Some of the stories were out of sync with the bands real history and more should have been covered including their failed chart success in the USA. However I suppose this is where artistic licence kicks in again with the script.
For me the best performance was Mr Lee as Bran May. Still an enjoyable romp but I wonder if Sacha Cohen would have done any better with it? probably not but as a film its no better tor worse than any other band biopics.
