Review of Body of Lies (2008) by Rob B — 22 Dec 2009

This was a decent espionage thriller but no more than that. Was hoping for more considering the excellent cast but have seen much better from Ridley Scott. I didn't particularly like the importance that was given to the romantic element as felt this took away from the point of the film.

However, the plot was fairly intelligent and the film felt realistic in the most part and is worth seeing for entertainment value alone.
