Review of Body Heat (1981) by John O — 06 Dec 2007
Kathleen Turner's film debut and she sizzles. The film is a great update on the film noirs of the 1940's with a twist ending that was totally unexpected. Look for Mickey Roarke, Ted Danson and soap opera diva, Kim Zimmer in small roles. Crackiling dialoque:
Matty: My temperature runs a couple of degrees high, around a hundred. I don't mind. It's the engine or something.
Ned: Maybe you need a tune up.
Matty: Don't tell me. You have just the right tool. Great jazzy score as well.
