What a strange and horribly dated film. It's actually really bad but kind of watchable in a sleazy and train-wreck sort of way. I suppose it's De Palma's homage to Peeping Tom, among others.
It has all the ingredients that De Palma is attracted to but frankly he should be ashamed of himself. Ahh, but what the hell, if it turns your crank, then check it out. But don't say I didn't warn you.
