I can't believe I forgot about this movie!
It is one of my all time favorites: a)it's hilarious (look for a very young Jack Black) b)it has a great cast, great script, great music, etc. c) it is chilling in its accurate portrayal of politicians.
It's a bit of a period piece; focus is on the late 80s early 90s buildup to Desert Storm.
