Intriguing film - bizarre, sexually disturbing, violent yet throughout has this underlying theme of blue velvet and a love story. Lynch manages to portray a love story from three angles : Dern & MacLachlan (classic love story), Maclachlan and Rossellini (wild love story) and Rossellini and Hopper (the depraved story).
Well filmed, plot is bizarre but works throughout.
