This is undeniably a really good movie, but there's something about it that is stopping me from loving it. I can certainly see why it was a massive game-changer when it was released. I was absolutely mesmerized by the music and use of hallucinogenic imagery in this film, those are probably my two favourite things about this film. The highest praise I can give it is that I am not a huge David Lynch fan, but this is definitely one of his better films, if not his best. Dennis Hopper goes absolutely crazy in this film.
