God Damn this is a depressing movie, but Jesus Christ these two people can act. I had mentioned in my IDES OF MARCH review how I believe Gosling is the new Brando. Well this is his STREETCAR. Michelle Williams may have started on teenage melodrama(Love the Creek) but she has put all that behind her.
She is an amazing talent. Ryan and Michelle, you have come a long way from your humble beginnings on the New Mickey Mouse Club and the Creek.
