What a powerful film! Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams prove once again that they are trustworthy in the types of films they choose.
This movie analyzes a relationship that is struggling for survival. It does so in a way that is alarmingly real. It is not hard as the viewer to get invested in this.
I do think you have to be in a certain mood to deal with the the rawness and emotionality of it all but I think it's one of the best films I've ever seen. So, at some point, watch it!
