Great acting, love the way it was shot...simple story...I have a lot of thoughts on this movie starting with the fact that everyone who saw it before me told me that it was the saddest story ever. I think the saddest part was Ryan Goslings character and how idealistic he was about everything.

I mean, let me preface this by saying that I have a pessimistic perspective on love, but he thought it would be so simple, she needed him at the time, and it fell apart. Surprise.
