Gosling continues to impress me. it sucks he didnt get nominated for an oscar like michelle williams did for this film, I think its kind of a package deal in this film, two great performances, gosling was totally oscar worthy, better than michelle williams in my opinion.
but thats just the performances alone, totally groundbreaking performances. this film is written so well, and the aspect of the film is stylish and shot so beautifully, I cant look awsy from the film.
the story is basic, but it hit so hard for me, something so basic, can be so good, and I really respect this film, and I think its worthy of more oscars, like cinematogrophy,film of the year, best director, and best actress ryan gosling other than just getting nominated for best actress.
