Rewatching Blue Jasmine. Need a reminder of why I like be to act and why I love actors.
Cate Blanchett and Sally Hawkins, such sublime actors, such sublime performances in Woody's wonderful take on Streetcar. I just want to wrap these 2 amazing ladies up in a big red bow and say.. YES.. this is what Acting is all about. Cate Blanchett"s performance as Jasmine destroys me every time. Stunning. Such a shame that Woody Allen's most films of the past decade are wretched.
