The French twist of the ageless story of couples where one stays in love, the other tires and falls out of love, and the desperate things someone will do when they feel their relationship slipping away.
Some of the scenes were too long including the graphic sex which is so very French, but the plot is dead on target by capturing the loneliness of the half couple left behind.
