This film about the Beltway Snipers chooses to spend very little time on the crimes themselves and a lot of time on the father/son relationship between Muhammad and Malvo. Many of these scenes are disturbing and powerful, and Isaiah Washington is chilling.
But the story unfolds too slowly and too scattered to pack the punch it could have.
