Review of Blow-Up (1966) by Matt K — 11 Nov 2009
I liked it, I guess. But for a "murder mystery" there are only about 3 scenes that have anything to do with that story. Everything else is just showing us his life as a swinger/photographer. There was no danger in this film, he comes home to find it all ransacked and what does he do? Goes to a concert, then watches some mimes play tennis.
Uh, ok. It is very stylish and I liked a lot of this movie, but I just don't get what it's trying to do/say.
