Review of Bloody Sunday (2002) by Mae D — 20 Jun 2007
I want every cinephile or Irish-lover I know to see this.
It's a movie that takes place during just the one day. It's done in sort of a POV style... Like a documentary, but without interviews or a narrator. There's no stepping out of the situation. As a viewer, you experience being around during the key parts of Bloody Sunday, and it really captures you. James Nesbitt was... powerful, because my mental thesaurus is down today and I can't think of a better word. Please please see Bloody Sunday.
