Excellent, excellent action. Everything else, not really. But, Van Damme was still wet (very) and ridiculously young, so I forgive him. The plot and dialogue are all routine, and by the numbers. But man, the action is so good here.
Lots of long shots of the people fighting, clearly no stunt doubles, and such.
