It's a Uwe Boll Movie, with Clint Howard...
The story, I kinda liked, it had a lot of potential, but ultimately failed due to budget restrictions I guess the director.
He'd clearly watched Blade trilogy before making it, a Heroic Vampire that can walk in daylight, wears black and red, and has their weapon strapped to their back....hmmm.
