Horrible. Doesnt even compare to the anime adapation Blood+. I dont know if I just wasnt paying enough attention to it... but to me, it just seemed like Saya and the Nurse where just running around killing people/"monsters".
I dont know. The movie just cant compare to Blood+ at all even though Blood+ was based from it XD.
