Review of Blood Creek (2009) by Sean C — 15 Oct 2011
I was quite ambivalent about this because aside from The Lost Boys, I haven't liked anything from Joel Schumacher and that was a long time ago. I was actually impressed with the first black and white part, which I see most people didn't like and thought was slow.
Michael Fassbender was great and I've always been interested in the Nazis dabbles in the supernatural. When it shifts to modern day, it just turns into a boring movie where the characters who have been in this situation for 70 years quickly find answers on how to defeat their monster nemesis.
Couldn't they have come up with this before? The first 15 minutes gets the 2 stars. Nothing for the rest.
