While some of the effects and gore in this movie are WAAAAAY over-the-top and unnecessary (ie, the zombie horse), I still really enjoyed this movie as a whole. It's a unique concept, which is saying something considering it's a genre that's been played to death.
The acting is pretty solid, and the overall production is good, though it could have been better if it had been taken down a notch or two from time to time. This was much better than I expected it to be.
