It had its moments. Funny at times. Some solid underlying tones regarding double standards for men and women with regard to sexuality. Parents meaning the best but clearly over-the-top in their reactions, with borderline psychotic behavior.
I'd heard someone try to compare this to "Superbad." Don't. It's not even close. "Superbad" was comedic gold and pure art. It's not fair to try to compare this to "Superbad" in any way.
All in all, it tried to do too much and at times, being readily apparent that that was the case, it was a bit distracting.
