Review of Bliss (2021) by Jluis_001 — 13 Feb 2021
Mike Cahill once again delves into complex terrain and ideas that you don't usually see in average romantic dramas, but Bliss is pretty much a lot of nothing.
I know it sounds strange, but the film never seems to have a consistency that would make it less feeble, or more than anything enough quality that makes it worthy of the issues it's dealing with.
It's basically the Dunning - Kruger effect.
And maybe, just maybe, the lead couple wasn't the right one.
