Very dumb but occasionally fun actioner. If it ramped up the violence, nudity and blood then it could have made a convincing Grindhouse style movie. As it stands it comes off like a feature length pilot for a bad 80s TV show that might have sat alongside McGuyver. It's full of bad hair and cheesy lines and the action scenes have a distintly A-Team feel to them.
Still, it's kind of amusing seeing John Locke from Lost with hair that isn't obviously a wig.
