Review of Blade Runner (1982) by Crimsondoor — 31 Jan 2017
This cyberpunk film is very important in cinematic history for a reason. Its visual style is way ahead of its time and is actually believable (unlike many modern films) and inspired a lot of films and anime.
Its message, that humans are no better than AIs is equally thought-provoking. As an Asian living in a city frequently described as "cyberpunk" I really want to thank Ridley Scott and Vangelis for making me appreciate my city more.
