Review of Blade Runner (1982) by Carla H — 10 Feb 2015
This "cyberpunk in a cyberpunk world" film is the first of its kind, and arguably the best. It's a shame antagonists Roy Batty and Pris were portrayed by more likeable actors than the hero Deckard himself.
But Blade Runner is an otherwise outstanding film despite the disheartening prospect of this dystopia by the sci-fi visionary Ridley Scott, and so we are left with this treasure of a timeless cult film.
