Review of Blade Runner (1982) by C.j. H — 09 Oct 2017

With the upcoming release of Blade Runner 2049, I thought it appropriate to finally watch the original Ridley Scott classic for the first time. I can honestly say though, I don't see how this film has reached such a status.

I can appreciate its noir feel and overall look, but beyond that the film seems super lack luster. No character stands out, the story is vague, the action is lousy, and nothing really impresses.
