Review of Blade Runner (1982) by Billy M — 21 Oct 2017
Absolute shite. How on earth did this film become so critically acclaimed. Nothing of note happens. There's no action, no drama, no characterisation, piss poor acting, no sense of tension or pacing, no motivation for the characters to do anything.
Nothing. It's a boring and pathetic attempt to make a film which was basically Harrison Ford mumbling in the rain for 2 hours and occasionally getting into unconvincing passionless fights with people so uninteresting I didn't even care who they where.
As a fan of the Cyberpunk sub-genre I was told this was the definitive film to watch. What utter shite that was.
