Review of Blade II (2002) by I Don't Know W — 28 Sep 2011
Cheesy fun popcorn flick. Director Del Toro does his best to penetrate the slick comic book brand of the series and adds more quickness and humor than the original. Combining vampire and zombie genre aspects the film suffers most from a bad script and zero character development.
Nice production design by Cronenberg pal Carol Spier and great last scene.
